Commercial cleaning, contracted and documented.
Recurring cleaning for UK business premises, scoped against your building and delivered to a written standard on every single visit.
What a contract with us looks like
We agree a frequency, a time window and a written scope of work. Your assigned cleaner attends on schedule, works through that scope, and leaves the building ready for the next working day.
Hours on site are estimated from real factors — floor area, headcount and washroom count for offices; floor area, floor type and racking density for warehouses — and then confirmed on the trial clean, so the contract reflects how long your site actually takes.
Everything is billed monthly on a rolling basis with 30 days' notice. No long tie-in, no penalty for leaving, no renegotiation every year.
The routine standard
Floors
Carpets hoovered throughout, hard floors swept and mopped, entrance matting lifted and cleaned.
Waste
All bins emptied, liners replaced, waste taken to your designated collection point.
Surfaces & Dusting
Desks, ledges, skirting boards and surfaces dusted and wiped down.
Washrooms
Toilets, sinks, mirrors and floors cleaned and sanitised, soap, paper and hand towels restocked.
Kitchens & Breakrooms
Worktops, sinks, appliance exteriors and bins cleaned so the space is ready for the morning.
High-Touch Points
Door handles, light switches, handrails and shared equipment wiped with sanitiser.
Glass & Partitions
Internal glass, partitions and doors spot-cleaned to remove marks and fingerprints.
Reception & Entrance
First impressions handled: entrance tidied, glass cleaned, seating areas presented.

Scheduled, not forgotten
Deeper tasks are written into the contract at an agreed frequency — weekly, fortnightly or monthly — so they're handled as part of the service rather than becoming a separate conversation.
- ✦Internal window cleaning
- ✦Deep clean of kitchen appliances, including microwave interiors and fridges
- ✦Carpet spot-treatment on marks and spills
- ✦Hard-to-reach dusting: blinds, vents and high shelves
Beyond the routine
Quoted separately and added to your contract or booked as one-offs, depending on what the site needs.
- External window cleaning
- Carpet deep-clean, shampooing and upholstery cleaning
- Medical and clinical waste disposal
- High-level cleaning of racking, beams and high ceilings
- One-off deep cleans after renovation, fit-out or events

Six steps to a live contract
We call you back fast
Enquiries are answered within minutes, not days. You get a confirmation message and a real conversation with someone who understands commercial sites.
Qualification call
We run through premises type, floor area, rooms and washrooms, current arrangements, specialist requirements, access and whether you want in-hours or out-of-hours cover.
Scoped proposal
We confirm the detail back to you, set out exactly what each visit includes, and agree frequency — so there is no ambiguity once the contract is live.
A working trial clean
Not a walkthrough. A real clean of your site, timed on arrival and departure, with before and after photographs. You see the standard before you commit to anything.
Service agreement
Scope, frequency, start date and terms in writing. Monthly rolling with 30 days' notice — no long lock-ins, no surprises.
Onboarding & quality checks
Access set up, a named cleaner assigned, quality checks across the first visits and regular check-ins so issues are caught early rather than tolerated.
Before you enquire
Do you clean private homes?
No. We work exclusively with commercial premises. It's the only way to keep our scheduling, staffing and standards focused on business sites.
When do you clean?
Whenever suits your operation — early mornings, evenings, overnight or weekends. Out-of-hours is the norm for offices and retail.
Do we need to provide supplies?
No. Our cleaners bring their own equipment and materials. Consumables such as soap and paper can be managed for you if you'd prefer.
How quickly can you start?
Most sites move from first call to trial clean within days, with the first contracted visit shortly after the agreement is signed.
Commercial cleaning questions
Do you only clean commercial premises?
Yes. Gold Standard Cleaning Services works exclusively with business premises — offices, warehouses, retail units, medical practices, schools, gyms and other commercial sites across the UK. We do not take on domestic or residential cleaning.
Which areas of the UK do you cover?
We cover the whole of the United Kingdom, including London and the South East, the Midlands, the North of England, Scotland and Wales. Single-site and multi-site contracts are both managed through one point of contact.
Can you clean outside of our business hours?
Yes. Most contracts are delivered early morning, evening or overnight so your team is never disrupted. Daytime cover and on-site day porters can also be arranged where a building needs presence during opening hours.
How does the free trial clean work?
Before you commit to anything, we carry out a real, timed clean of an agreed area of your premises and document it with before and after photographs. You see the standard first, then decide whether to proceed.
How quickly can you start a new cleaning contract?
Most new commercial contracts can begin within one to two weeks of the site survey, and urgent cover can often be arranged sooner. Get in touch with your postcode and premises type and we'll confirm availability.
Are your cleaners insured and vetted?
Every operative works to a written scope, is trained on your site's requirements, and we hold appropriate commercial insurance. Vetting and site inductions are arranged to suit sensitive environments such as healthcare and education.
Is there a long contract tie-in?
No. Contracts run on a monthly rolling basis with a written scope, agreed frequency and a clear start date. If the standard slips, you are never locked in.
How do I get a quote?
Send us your name, contact details, site postcode and premises type using the quote form, or call +44 7404 785963. We respond quickly and arrange a short survey to price the work accurately.
